Shipping and Returns
August Sage offers Standard Shipping on all orders to any destination within the United States via either USPS or UPS. Standard shipping based on order price. Alaska, Hawaii - have additional charges and fees that will be calculated at checkout. Extra fees for oversized items and furniture.
We are a small team and working as fast we can to fulfill your order. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order and 5-7 business days for arrivals.
We currently offer shipping outside of the United States to Canada, UK, some European countries, Australia, New Zealand. International shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on the purchase amount of your order. Orders will ship through either USPS, UPS, or DHL and can take 8 to 10 business days to arrive. Please note that any additional import duties are your responsibility. In addition, orders shipped to international destinations other than the US are final sale and exempt from returns or exchanges.
Returns will be be handled on a case by case basis either through an option of store credit or refunded with a 15% restocking fee. Please note items purchased on sale or with any promo codes are final sale.
Returns are possible in the result of damaged, or defective merchandise. We will refund shipping fees and cover fees to ship out new items.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You have the option of sending items back using a prepaid label and the amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. You always have the option to choose your own carrier. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit when making a return.
If approved for a refund or store credit, once your return is received and inspected for no damages, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks to see the refund credit your account, depending on your bank and the form of payment used.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making an exchange and customers will not be provided an exchange if item is damaged during transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
