Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING

August Sage offers Standard Shipping on all orders to any destination within the United States via either USPS or UPS. Standard shipping is a FLAT RATE $5 on all items. Alaska, Hawaii - Standard Flat Rates do not apply.

We are a small team and working as fast we can to fulfill your order. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 5-7 business days for arrivals. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently offer shipping outside of the United States to Canada, UK, some European countries, Canada, Australia, New ZealandInternational shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on the purchase amount of your order. Orders will ship through either USPS, UPS, or DHL and can take 8 to 10 business days to arrive. Please note that any additional import duties are your responsibility. In addition, orders shipped to international destinations other than the US are final sale and exempt from returns or exchanges.

RETURNS

We are happy to refund the cost of regular priced items within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. Please note this excludes furniture and oversized items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased as "SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with original tags. Returns may not be granted if there is obvious signs of use or damage during return transition. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please refer to order invoice.

Return Process

1. To process your exchange or refund, grab your order number (on the top of your receipt).

2. Email us at hello@augustsage.com.

3. Please include your name, order number, reason for return and any other feedback for the item.

4. Mail your product with your name and order number to:

Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our warehouse. 
Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were purchased from any other retailer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, please note the cost of initial shipping and return shipping will not be included.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected for no damages, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks to see the refund credit your account, depending on your bank and the form of payment used. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged and you need a replacement for the same item, please send us an email at hello@augustsage.com and send your item to: 508 E 53rd St, #201 Austin, TX  US 78751.

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or color, please follow our simple return process above for your original purchase, and then place another order for your new item. Your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).  As a reminder, you can return any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making an exchange. Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer.
